Order Issues and Concerns

However, we consider any disputes opened with the issuer card or bank during the order processing or delivery as a violation of trust. If a dispute arises, we reserve the right to halt your delivery. We will hold the order for a maximum of 14 days. This is the time frame given to you to resolve or withdraw the dispute transaction directly with your bank or card issuer.
In the event your dispute is not withdrawn after 14 days, and you wish for your order to be completed, a dispute charge of USD 100 in addition to the total order price will need to be paid. This stringent process ensures we can maintain fair and trustworthy transactions for both parties.
Orders will only be resumed or re-processed once all dispute and order charges are cleared.
